Job summary

Fidelity Security Services is seeking a Site Security Manager to oversee security operations at Silverstar Casino. The role requires PSIRA Grade A registration, a SA drivers license, own transport, and the ability to respond after hours for security incidents.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of security management experience, proven leadership of security personnel, and strong investigative/reporting skills. Casino experience is advantageous.

Fidelity Security Services is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and professional Site Security Manager to oversee security operations at Silverstar Casino.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age of 30 years.

• Grade A PSIRA registration.

• Valid South African driver's licence.

• Own reliable transport (essential).

• Willing and able to respond to site after hours in the event of any security-related incident or emergency.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Security Management role.

• Proven experience managing security personnel, operations, and client relationships.

• Strong investigation skills with the ability to conduct professional investigations and compile comprehensive investigation reports.

• Excellent report writing and administrative skills.

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making abilities.

• Able to work under pressure and manage high‑risk incidents professionally.

Advantageous

• Previous gaming/casino security experience.

• Valid Gaming Licence (not compulsory but will be highly advantageous).

• Experience working within a highly regulated environment.
