Job summary

Fox Housing Developments is seeking an experienced Foreman to manage on-site teams across Western Cape projects. You will coordinate labour, subcontractors and materials, ensuring projects meet timelines and quality standards while enforcing health and safety rules.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of foreman experience, Matric, and a valid Red Seal is advantageous. The role requires residing in the Western Cape and practical knowledge of commercial and residential construction processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years proven experience as a Foreman.
• Matric
• Red Seal Certificate advantageous.
• MBA advantageous.
• Must reside in the Western Cape.
• Practical experience in both commercial and residential construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of general construction processes, site operations, and workmanship standards.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily site activities.
• Ability to work to project timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, health and safety regulations, and on-site compliance requirements.
