Job summary

Fox Housing Developments seeks a seasoned General Foreman to lead on-site operations for Western Cape projects. You will coordinate labour, subcontractors and materials, ensure work is completed to standard, and enforce health and safety rules on every site.

With 15+ years of proven foreman or senior foreman experience and a track record in commercial and residential construction, you will report progress to project management and drive timely delivery. Residency in the Western Cape is required.

• Experience in both commercial and residential construction.
• Strong leadership and site supervision skills.
• Ability to manage teams, timelines and quality standards.
