Job summary

Industaff Solutions cc is seeking a Foreman in the South Africa Western Cape region. The candidate will supervise a team, oversee semi-skilled work, and manage maintenance tasks with reporting to a Superintendent/Manager.

The role requires SA citizenship, a valid ID, Grade 10 or technical qualification, and at least 5 years of supervisory experience. You will handle tool control and daily task allocation within a safety-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a South African citizen with a valid SA Identity Document.
• Grade 10 or equivalent technical qualification.
• 5 years relevant on-the-job supervisory experience.
• Works independently within maintenance programme.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team performing semi-skilled work such as erecting signs or fencing.
• Engaged in more complicated technical work.
• Performs routine administrative tasks and completes standard forms and inspection reports.
• Responsible for issue and receipt of tools.
• Allocates work for the day.
• Checks and inspects work in progress and on completion.
