Site Foreman

Our client, a large sized construction company with offices across South Africa, is looking for a Site Foreman to join their growing team in Cape Town!

What you will need:

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills
• Valid Driver’s license
• Must be able to work independently

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicate effectively with Client, Architect and Director.
• Solve on-site challenges and keep work progressing efficiently.
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and lead subcontractors and site workers.
