At Experian, our Sales Operations Manager is an integral part of our Commercial Finance team, aligning planning, execution, and evaluation of sales activities across our 11 markets. They provide vital support to the EMEA & APAC Region by applying best practice processes to sales management and reporting, ensuring clarity in revenue reporting and forecasting, and driving profitable growth.
The Sales Operations Manager oversees sales reporting (pipeline, wins, losses, conversions), new business forecasting, system management, data quality, and governance within the Sales department. They provide insights into regional sales and revenue reporting, demonstrating a clear understanding of product, market, and client trends.
This role reports to the Head of Pricing and Sales Operations EMAP.
