Sabenza It & Recruitment seeks a Site Engineer to lead facilities, maintenance, utilities and site services in a manufacturing setting. You will ensure equipment reliability, uptime, and a safe, compliant work environment while driving maintenance systems and engineering improvement initiatives across the site.
You will support automation, manage infrastructure, and deliver technical projects that enable efficient and scalable operations.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong background with automated equipment and systems.
- Experience with PLCs, sensors, drives and control systems.
- Experience implementing maintenance management systems.
- Experience managing technical projects and contractors.
- FMCG / cosmetics / pharmaceutical exposure advantageous.
Responsabilités
- Lead maintenance and reliability initiatives for site equipment.
- Implement preventive and planned maintenance systems.
- Manage breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.
- Support automation, PLC systems, and production technology.
- Oversee site utilities and facilities management.
- Ensure safety, GMP and operational standards compliance.
- Lead engineering and continuous improvement projects.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning and optimisation.
- Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs and reporting.
