Site Agent/Site Engineer

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Agent/Site Engineer looking to transition into a Managerial role. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of diverse construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
3. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.

Requirements:

1. A BSc Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 9 years of experience in the Construction industry.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior role within construction management and construction of large commercial and retail developments.
4. Computer literate in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Projects.
5. Working knowledge of CCS planning and estimating programmes is essential.
6. Working knowledge of Construction Regulations, Building Contracts (JBCC/NEC), and Contract Specifications is essential.
