Job Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining relationships with merchants regarding the Servest fleet services.
- Managing allocated areas to ensure contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client.
- Ensuring all Security Officers on site meet contractual requirements.
- Evaluating service levels and recommending improvements to the client.
- Managing and supervising security staff to ensure performance standards.
- Communicating daily with management on operational issues.
- Coordinating with regional management on operational matters.
- Addressing HR queries and formulating disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Submitting monthly reports on time.
- Providing incident and general reports weekly/monthly to management.
- Managing Secunda fleet, including fuel allocation, vehicle servicing, and repairs.
- Monitoring vehicle kilometers to align with the scope of work and obtaining approval for excess travel.
- Archiving documents and managing office filing.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- PSIRA Grade A / B registration.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in the security industry.
- Knowledge of the Firearm Act and firearm competency for business purposes.
- Experience in staff management.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Understanding of security management statutory requirements.
- Health and safety experience.
- No criminal record or pending cases.
- Medical fitness.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
