The ideal team player will be responsible for the profitable management of the Sandspruit Grain Depot in Volksrust, Mpumalanga.

Requirements

1. Grade 12 or NQF4
2. Successful completion of the New Manager's Program (or relevant)
3. Proven industry management experience of 3-5 years is essential
4. All appropriate grain grading and silo operating courses are essential
5. Constantly adding value to the industry by reaching the organizational, operational and strategic goals
6. Computer Literate in MS Office

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Monitor flow of grain continuously
2. Continuous grain protection through fumigation
3. Monitor of grain tube temperature and report deviation to superior
4. Measure grain tubes according to policy and safety regulations
5. Responsible for input trade duties
6. Operate silo according to the VKB Group policy and regulations
7. Inventory management
