Job summary

Performability Recruitment (Pty) Ltd, on behalf of a vibrant North Coast signage company, seeks a Team Lead: Signage Manufacture and Installation Specialist based in Ballito.

You will lead fabrication and on-site installations, coordinate installations before/after hours, and supervise quality work. 2+ years in signage fabrication and installation are required; leadership experience is advantageous; ability to work unsupervised under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience signage making/ fabrication
• 2+ yearsassembling and installing signage
• Experience with a variety of materials (wood, MDF, acrylic, steel, etc)
• Experience wiring and installing illuminated signs ie. wiring the electrics of a sign
• Experience on print/cut with large format cutters/printers
• Leadership experience advantageous
• Able to work unsupervised and produce quality work at a steady pace/ under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead signage manufacture and installation projects
• Coordinate on-site installations including before/after office hours
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion
