Showroom & Order Fulfillment Assistant

We're looking for a self-motivated Showroom & Order Fulfillment Assistant to join our team!

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating seamless customer experiences—both in-person and online.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Client Engagement: Welcome and assist clients in our showroom, offering expert guidance on our products. Ensure the showroom is always inviting and well-presented.
2. Order Packing & Dispatch: Pack and dispatch online orders quickly and accurately. Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues.
3. Customer Support: Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Provide solutions to customer concerns and maintain detailed records.
4. Stock & Inventory Management: Conduct stock counts to ensure accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and flag any shortages.
5. Stockist Orders & Dispatch: Process and coordinate orders for stockists, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain clear communication and records of transactions.
6. Exhibition Assistance: Help set up and represent the company at trade shows and consumer exhibitions. Engage with potential customers and promote our brand.

What We're Looking For:

1. Driven and self-motivated—you take initiative and get things done.
2. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or order fulfillment.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication.
5. Proficiency in basic computer applications.
6. Ability to lift and move heavy packages on a daily basis.
7. Comfortable standing for extended periods when required.
8. Based in a showroom & storeroom setting.

Occasional travel for exhibitions and trade shows.
