SALARY: R15 000 - R18 000 plus commission & benefits.

Provider of high-end architectural design furniture, fabrics, textiles, and luxury homeware. This role seeks a dynamic individual with a blend of sales proficiency, operational insight, and a keen understanding of interior design to drive showroom success.

Job Requirements

  • Education & Experience:

Minimum: National Senior Certificate - mandatory.

Certificate/Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Interior Design.

At least 5 years’ sales experience in a retail showroom.

Minimum 2 years’ people management experience.

Experience coordinating shop operations.

Strong background in interior design, décor, and fabrics highly valued.

  • Skills & Knowledge:

Proven sales and customer service expertise, especially with high-end luxury products.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Fluent in English.

Proficient in MS Office, Point-of-Sale systems, and database management.

Experience in campaign implementation, branding, public relations, and report writing.

  • Duties:

Manage and drive sales, oversee showroom image and environment, build productive relationships with customers, and manage and develop showroom staff.

Passionate about creating engaging spaces, collaborating with top designers, guiding clients in selecting fabrics, finishes, and décor elements, and transforming their visions into reality.
