Minimum Skills And Knowledge Required
- Standard 10 / Grade 12.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position and preferably from a branding environment.
- Proficient in Business English, both verbal and written.
- Above average interpersonal, communication, telephone and customer liaison skills.
Key Performance Area
- Showroom co-ordination, including creative displays of product
- Deal with internal and external customers efficiently and professionally.
- Ordering samples, clothing tickets and gifting code stickers.
- Respond to all emails timeously. Handle online enquiries.
- Assisting clients in the showroom.Assist other branches when requested.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects.Load registration docs on Amtrack for new clients.
- Follow-up on loaned out showrooms.Assist clients in showroom with online orders.
- Handle boardroom bookings for clients.Take pictures/measure items for sales team.
- Monitor discontinued/faulty stock.Relieve at reception when required.
- Assisting in warehouse (dispatch and credits) when required
- Assisting clients with stock enquiries (telephonically and walk-ins).
- Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
- Ensure that all tasks are executed in a safe manner with due regard for Amrod’s policies and procedures.
- Report unsafe acts / working conditions / injury on duty to the supervisor / manager / safety manager immediately.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards.
