We are looking for a Showroom Assistant / Administrator to join our teamWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our showroom operations. As a Showroom Assistant / Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with showroom sales, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the showroom is well-maintained.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and provide product information regarding stock availability and pricing
  • Follow up on quotations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
  • Maintain showroom appearance and cleanliness
  • Assist with maintaining visual presentation of the showroom (ie displays)
  • Support the showroom manager and sales team with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors as needed
  • Liaise with staff and clients as needed
  • Marking of drawings for corporate account
  • Assist with the list of samples for corporate clients
