A dynamic Short-Term Insurance division is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The role includes managing member profiles, providing expert advice on risks and coverage, and ensuring overall client loyalty. Ideal candidates should have Grade 12, FAIS credits, RE5 certification, and at least 2 years' experience in Short-Term Insurance underwriting.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 qualification is essential.
• FAIS credits on NQF level 4 required per FSCA.
• 2 years proven Short Term Insurance Underwriting experience is necessary.
