A dynamic insurance broker in Centurion seeks vibrant and target-driven individuals for a customer service role focused on selling Short-term Insurance products. Candidates must have Matric and relevant FAIS credits, with a minimum of 1 year in outbound Contact Centre Telesales. This role offers a fixed salary and lucrative commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year outbound Contact Centre Telesales experience.
• Minimum 6 months’ Short-term insurance experience in brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Timeous follow up on leads.
• Delivering quotes and sales via an outbound process.
• Quote existing and new members.
• Convert quotations to sales in line with the minimum monthly targets.
• Contact potential members and underwrite policies.
