To deliver dynamic customer service by answering incoming calls promptly, resolving customer queries, upselling other direct Insurance products, offering financial advice, and handling retentions.

  • Customer satisfaction, call resolution, quality assurance, and compliance.
  • FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements (Advice and Intermediary Service): FSCA-Approved Qualification, Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5).
  • Product-specific training upon onboarding.

  • Uphold honesty, integrity, and good standing.
