Job summary

Sanlam Connect seeks experienced Short Term Financial Advisors to market multiple products within the Santam Group. You will provide professional financial advice, build a client portfolio, and grow business through effective prospecting and relationship-building while ensuring compliance and quality service.

You will access leads, receive strong underwriting support, and benefit from a structured support framework within the Sanlam group network.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• NQF 4 short-term insurance or FAIS credits are required.
• At least 2 years sales experience in short-term insurance (Personal and Commercial lines).
• RE5 is required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Clear credit and criminal record is required.
• Own transport and a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional financial advice and sell short-term insurance products aligned to client needs.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients and sustainable, high-quality business.
• Ensure compliant disclosures and accurate record-keeping of client interactions.
• Grow the client base through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Offer ongoing service, manage renewals, and assist with claims where needed.
