We're not looking to create videos of us doing TikTok dances, but rather to document behind the scenes of growing a business.

What you'll do :

1. Film and edit daily short-form content (think TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
2. Be hands-on
3. Work closely with our Director to plan and execute content strategies
4. Spot trends early and create content that feels timely, sharp, and authentic
5. Write engaging captions, pick the perfect sound, and know when to post
6. Help us grow our online community through consistency, creativity, and positive energy
