Job description

Our Client is seeking an effective and energetic Shopping Manager Centre Manager to ensure the achievement and maintaining the centre from an annual returns from a property investment point of view.

Duties:

  • Managing Income and Expense.
  • Responsible for effective budgeting of income and expenses.
  • Managing the finances for the Centre to achieve budget.
  • Obtain supplier invoices and submit timeously for payment per the managing company's policy.
  • Managing Vacancies and Renewals.
  • Managing Arrears.
  • Managing the look and feel of the property.
  • Development of the Mall's Annual Marketing Strategy and Budget.
  • Development and Implementation of the Mall's Brand Strategy and Advertising Plan.
  • Management of the Marketing Department and Administration.
  • Planning and Implementation of Promotions and Events.
  • Media Relations, Public Relations and Publicity.
  • Promotion Court and Sundry Sales.
  • Development of CSI strategy in line with the marketing plan and marketing strategy.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of a formal tenant relationship plan in line with the strategy.
  • Implement a research strategy as required and oversee the appointed service provider.
  • Managing Centre Management Team.
  • Further functions include generating the monthly management report and any other reports required by your Asset Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Property / centre management experience (rates calculation / turnover rental concept / income statement commenting / fair ops knowledge / marketing knowledge)
  • Positive and Energetic attitude
