Our client based in Midrand is seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Shopper Marketing Manager, you'll drive impactful shopper-focused strategies to enhance
brand visibility, increase sales, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences. Using data analytics, collaboration, and innovative thinking, you’ll translate shopper insights into actionable marketing initiatives that align with both brand and commercial objectives.

Strategic Alignment & Campaign Development:

  • Analyse shopper data monthly to identify trends, create executive summaries, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Develop shopper marketing plans tailored to insights, category trends, and channel opportunities.
  • Drive actionable strategies to align brand objectives with evolving consumer behaviours.
Campaign Execution & Standards:
  • Plan and execute in-store activations, events, and campaigns with a focus on timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Evaluate marketing activities, providing clear recommendations for optimisation.
  • Oversee procurement and regulatory compliance of activation materials while monitoring competitor activity.
Channel & Customer Engagement:
  • Collaborate with sales, key accounts, and agencies to align marketing strategies with customer needs.
  • Build relationships with external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for shopper marketing guidance and execution.
Campaign Performance & Budget Management:
  • Track and report on campaign ROI, sales impact, and strategic alignment.
  • Evaluate effectiveness using insights to refine future campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with goals

  • Expertise in key account management, channel strategy, and category management.
  • Proficiency in data tools (e.g., SAP, Nielsen, QlikSense)
  • Strong project management skills
