Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF4
• Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in the agricultural retail industry
• Willing to work after hours when required

Duties and Responsibilities

• Financial management of the business unit
• Stock management including merchandising, stock level management, ordering, claims, and stocktaking
• Personnel management including mentoring staff
• General management ensuring VKB policies are applied
• Providing excellent customer service, including handling queries and complaints
• Creativity in exceeding goals and targets
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
