Responsibilities
  • Uphold company brand and standards at all times.
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
  • Maximise store sales targets and encourage multiple sales.
  • Provide customers with up-to-date advice and knowledge of our products and environment.
  • Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times.
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
  • Stay updated with new products and services.
  • Replenish store merchandise.
  • Ensure fixtures, prongs, and shopfitting are maintained and equipment is used correctly.
  • Follow directives from Store Management to ensure smooth store operation.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  • Keep the store clean and tidy.
  • Unpack stock following FtN procedures.
  • Manage stock control for incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as daily banking, target sheets, and cross checks.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
