Clicks Group is seeking a motivated in-store associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate the POS at the till, and promote the Clicks clubcard. You will enroll new members and drive promotions while maintaining merchandising standards and accurate cash handling.

Ideal candidates have basic maths skills, a retail/FMCG background, and a solid grasp of stock management. A 12th grade pass with Maths and English is desirable.

Qualifications

• Basic maths calculations.
• Retail/FMCG background understood.
• Understanding of merchandising principles.
• Knowledge of clubcard promotions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Efficiently execute all POS operations at the point of sale in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and processing payments, including clubcard rewards.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to hit targets.
• Highlight promotions to customers to boost sales and ensure a positive checkout experience.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador in-store.
