The purpose of this P27 role is to deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience through stock replenishment, merchandising, housekeeping, and efficient processing of transactions at till points.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a great shopping experience, assist shoppers in finding products, and attend to queries and complaints
• Cashier duties – process cash and card payments, lay-bys, refunds, report discrepancies, and balance tills
• Merchandising – ensure stock is correctly priced and displayed, ensure product availability, and keep the store tidy with up-to-date promotions
• Risk management – ensure products are tagged according to policy, participate in stock takes, and report suspicious activities such as shoplifting or fraud to management
