  1. Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payments, including clubcard rewards.
  3. Ensure the safe handling of cash at all times.
  4. Proactively promote the Clicks' clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
  5. Make customers aware of promotions to boost sales and ensure they 'feel good and pay less.'
  6. Deliver superior customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible, friendly, and professional.
  7. Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards according to store policies.
  8. Support the company’s vision to be the first choice health and beauty retailer by embodying company values.
  9. Stay updated on products, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
