We’re looking for a vibrant Store Assistant to join our team and help create a memorable experience for every client who walks through our doors! What You’ll Be Doing As a Store Assistant, you’ll play a key role in day-to-day operations, helping customers, maintaining the store’s appearance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing exceptional customer service to walk-in and phone clients
• Assisting clients with costume selections, sizing, and fitting
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and inspiring store environment
• Merchandising new stock creatively and promptly
• Supporting in packing, returns, laundry, and costume care
• Helping with social media content, product photos, and engagement
• Handling basic cash-up and admin tasks
