MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :

How You Will Make an Impact : Responsible for serving customers and processing sales transactions, as well as certain stock-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counter Sales - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Warehouse stock receiving, dispatching, picking, and stock takes.
  • Colour Matching.
  • Maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
  • Health and Safety.
  • Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.
  • Stock deliveries to customers.

What you bring

  • Minimum of Grade 12.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years retail experience.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Product knowledge and computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook).
