What You'll Be Doing

As a Store Assistant, you'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, helping customers, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include :

Providing exceptional customer service to walk-in and phone clientsAssisting clients with costume selections, sizing, and fittingMaintaining an organized, clean, and inspiring store environmentMerchandising new stock creatively and promptlySupporting in packing, returns, laundry, and costume careHelping with social media content, product photos, and engagementHandling basic cash-up and admin tasksTaking initiative and ownership of your space and role
