Placements24 seeks a dynamic Shift Supervisor to lead the manufacturing team across shifts in Paarl. You will oversee day-to-day production, ensuring targets for productivity, quality, and safety are met, and you will guide staff to maintain efficient operations in our production facility.

The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of production processes and quality controls, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
