Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor: Load and Haul to join their operations in the Northern Cape!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate shift resources, trucks, and loading tools to meet daily pit schedules
• Lead and supervise operational teams and contractors on-site
• Manage budgets and control costs effectively
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Ensure strict compliance with SHERQ standards and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Blasting Certificate for Opencast Mines
• Supervisory Certificate
• National Diploma in Mining Engineering
• 5 years operational surface mining experience – control room / machine operator
• 1 year experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a Surface mining environment
• 1 year operational experience in Load and Haul
