Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee shift operations across various platforms.
• Supervise staffing: rosters, standbys, absenteeism, and shift planning.
• Maintain discipline and performance standards.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Oversee system administration, audits, and data integrity.
• Support recruitment and continuous in-house training.
• Liaise across departments to drive operational effectiveness.
• Monitor SOP adherence and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct ongoing quality control and feedback sessions.

• Supervise staffing: rosters, standbys, absenteeism, and shift planning
• Maintain discipline and performance standards
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Oversee system administration, audits, and data integrity
• Support recruitment and continuous in-house training
• Liaise across departments to drive operational effectiveness
