About the Role

Our client, a leading player in the industrial manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Production Manager to lead operations during their assigned shift at their facility in Rustenburg, North West . This role is paramount to ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The Shift Production Manager will be responsible for supervising production teams, managing resources, and resolving operational issues that arise during their shift. This is a critical on-site role vital to the continuous operations in Rustenburg, North West .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production supervisors and line operators.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing production teams and achieving output targets.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and health and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Experience with production planning and scheduling systems.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
