Job Description:

Responsible for the strategic shift planning, compliance, and adherence of the ADfusion/Client model in liaison with client management. This includes Inbound, Production, Outbound, Salvage, and SHEQ Management.
Location:

Minimum Requirements:

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
• Matric / NQF level 4 qualification
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations highly advantageous
• 2-3 years of experience in a Logistics/Manufacturing / Distribution / TES environment essential
• Min 2 years of supervisory experience
• Computer literate (MS Office)

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure strategic shift plan execution;
  • Manage productivity to meet targets;
  • Minimize risks to Client and staff;
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures per ADfusion and Client model;
  • Maintain and implement HR and IR policies;
  • Protect the ADfusion model at all times;
  • Maintain housekeeping standards;
  • Be flexible and proactive in adjusting the shift plan;
  • Support Client Site and Services Manager in service delivery;
  • Manage site in the absence of the Regional Operations Manager;
  • Maintain communication between ADfusion and Client management;
  • Compile and provide daily shift reports;
  • Align TES discipline with ACMS guidelines;
  • Manage outputs and productivity through TES Shift Managers;
  • Forecast shift costs considering hours and rates;
  • Submit daily end-of-shift reports;
  • Manage TES staff attendance registers and overtime authorization;
  • Oversee salvage reports, XMQIR reports, SHEQ appointments, MHE management, rack damages, SOP adherence, shift strategies, training development, order fill rates, and compliance with policies;
  • Ensure SHEQ requirements are met, maintain uniform standards, protect assets, and monitor agency KPIs.
