Job Purpose

If you are responsible for electrical maintenance, diagnosis, and fault repairs on production equipment, as well as performing authorized modifications, then this role is just for you.

Main Responsibilities

1. Attend to and maintain plant production equipment.
2. Proactively ensure that preventative planned maintenance is performed cost-effectively to minimize downtime and product losses.
3. Maintain electrical equipment on production and high-speed packaging lines.
4. Fault finding and repair of electrical equipment.
5. Handle breakdowns effectively and promptly.
6. Execute breakdown elimination using the SHOPWARE system.
7. Conduct daily inspection schedules on equipment and participate in Kaizens to improve reliability.
8. Support the PM team to reduce MTTR and increase MTBF.
9. Participate actively in the Machine Safety program.
10. Interpret and modify electrical schematic diagrams as needed.
11. Possess knowledge of pneumatic systems and Profinet Variable Speed Drives.

Experiences & Qualifications

• N6 Certification in Electrical Engineering and completed Electrical Trade Test with 3 years post-qualified experience.
• Experience with Siemens PLC S, S, and S, PLC and relay control circuit faultfinding.
• Electrical faultfinding on motors, conveyors, DBs, etc.
• Experience in an FMCG environment, preferably with packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of photoelectric and proximity switches.
• Basic understanding of WCM and PM principles.
• Knowledge of bar-code applicators, scanners, and printers.
• Willingness to work shifts and some weekends.
