The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining ISO compliance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement across operational sites.Key ResponsibilitiesCompile and maintain SHEQ documentation and safety filesConduct risk assessments and site inspectionsMonitor contractor compliance and performanceInvestigate incidents, accidents, and near missesPrepare SHEQ reports, statistics, and presentationsCoordinate emergency drills and maintain response plansSupport ISO : and ISO : implementationConduct SHE inductions and trainingDevelop and monitor Safe Work Procedures and SOPsParticipate in SHEQ audits and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate records and ensure legal complianceMinimum RequirementsMatric (National Senior Certificate)National Diploma or Certificate in SHE or Quality ManagementISO : and ISO : knowledge2–3 years' experience in a SHEQ role within an industrial environmentCompetency in risk assessment and incident investigation (advantageous)Strong MS Office skillsExcellent communication, analytical, and report writing skillsFluency in EnglishStrong planning and organizational abilities
