About the Role

As SHEQ Officer, you'll play a key role in maintaining, auditing, and improving our integrated SHEQ systems. You'll collaborate with production, engineering, and laboratory teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

What you'll do

  1. Maintain and continuously improve SHEQ systems in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  2. Coordinate and conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits.
  3. Oversee document control related to health, safety, environment, and quality.
  4. Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
  5. Drive environmental and safety awareness initiatives across the business.
  6. Support training programs related to SHEQ standards and procedures.

What we are looking for

  • A relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety / SHEQ (e.g., SAMTRAC or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a SHEQ-focused role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO systems, audit processes, and document control.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to train and influence others.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
