Job description

Your areas of responsibility:

• Responsible for the safety, health environment, and quality assurance aspects of the business.
• Supervise and coordinate work systems to ensure that products and services of Fuchs meet the highest quality standards.
• Oversee Safety Management to ensure compliance with OHS Act and ISO requirements.
• Manage financial planning and budgeting for SHEQ-related activities.
• Approve OPEX and CAPEX expenditures within the SHEQ domain.
• Develop and implement strategy/roadmap towards a fully integrated management system (IMS).

Qualifications and skills we are looking for:

• Degree or Diploma in Quality/Chemistry / Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and IATF 16949 qualifications required.
• VDA 6.3 and ISO 50001 qualifications desirable.
• Minimum 8 years’ management experience in SHEQ.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment.
