Job summary

A leading company in the food manufacturing sector seeks a SHE Manager to drive safety, health, and environmental initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with SHE procedures and foster a proactive safety culture. This role requires a degree, significant experience in FMCG, and knowledge of ISO systems.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing and FMCG environments.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 22000, 45001, 14001 Systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all stakeholders are well-trained in company SHE procedures.
• Drive a proactive SHE culture and attitude.
• Record and report all SHE incidents and accidents.
• Carry out statutory incident reporting and investigations.
• Manage plant PPE and First aid consumables supply chain.

Job description

• Record all SHE Incidents, Accidents, and near-miss statistics and report to all stakeholders.
• Carry out Statutory incident reporting, investigations, and claims with the regulating factory safety authorities.
• In conjunction with Procurement and Warehouse team manage plant PPE and First aid consumables supply chain.
