Job summary
A leading company in the food manufacturing sector seeks a SHE Manager to drive safety, health, and environmental initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with SHE procedures and foster a proactive safety culture. This role requires a degree, significant experience in FMCG, and knowledge of ISO systems.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing and FMCG environments.
- Experience with ISO 9001, 22000, 45001, 14001 Systems.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all stakeholders are well-trained in company SHE procedures.
- Drive a proactive SHE culture and attitude.
- Record and report all SHE incidents and accidents.
- Carry out statutory incident reporting and investigations.
- Manage plant PPE and First aid consumables supply chain.

- In conjunction with Procurement and Warehouse team manage plant PPE and First aid consumables supply chain.
