Compass Medical seeks an experienced SHEQ and Auditing Manager to lead all Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality functions across national operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of SHE legislation and experience in service-related or waste management environments.

You will drive compliant operations, manage SHEQ systems, investigations, and reporting, and support regional teams to maintain high safety and environmental performance. Travel nationwide may be required.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in SHER or related field is required.
• NEBOSH qualification preferred.
• Certified Auditor qualification.
• Valid driver's licence.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain SHEQ management systems.
• Develop and conduct SHEQ training programmes.
• Manage incident, accident and near-miss investigations.
• Administer COID claims and injury-on-duty processes.
• Coordinate SHE Committee Meetings.
• Develop emergency preparedness plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and surveys.
• Manage contractor compliance and performance.
• Compile and present monthly SHEQ reports and statistics.
