Responsible for the Risk Based Inspection Management System.
Minimize shutdown time by planning and controlling all resources.
Responsible for the plant maintenance and shutdown planning to minimize plant downtime and to ensure reliability.
Ensure plant reliability & availability by minimizing both planned and unplanned downtime through effective maintenance planning and execution.
Enforce OHS Act and Air Liquide Safety, Health and Environmental Policy applicable to maintenance activities.
Implement IMS applicable to maintenance activities.
Manage and communicate all technical aspects of the contract with stakeholders.
Budgeting and control of maintenance costs including purchases, stock, and contractors.
Ensure that maintenance technicians are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Review the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Track, analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
Oversee the writing of preventive maintenance plans, organize and participate in setting up a spare parts store; identify needs, define safety stock, define storage conditions and location.
Document the preventive and curative maintenance interventions carried out and conduct equipment restart tests.
Diagnose breakdowns on the fleet of production machines within the premises or at our stakeholders.
If necessary, contact equipment suppliers for assistance.
Replace faulty equipment components, including in a high-pressure environment.
Identify and execute corrective action to minimize the risk of recurrence of failures.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree (and/or master) in mechanics or industrial maintenance.
