Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Impactful SharePoint & Office 365 Solutions- Lead end-to-end implementation of SharePoint Online and Office 365 solutions for clients across industries.
- Customize SharePoint sites, libraries, workflows, and web parts to align with client business processes.
- Conduct needs assessments and translate business requirements into scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI) to enhance productivity and reporting.
Consulting & Client Enablement- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying opportunities to optimize their collaboration, content management, and digital workflows.
- Provide best practice guidance on governance, permissions management, site architecture, and user adoption.
- Deliver hands-on training to end users, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure solution sustainability and adoption.
Solution Design & Continuous Improvement- Design, develop, and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and configuration guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 updates and features; proactively recommend enhancements.
- Support data migrations from legacy systems to SharePoint or OneDrive for Business.
Support Global and Cross-Functional Teams- Work with global teams across time zones to implement enterprise solutions and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in the customization of solutions for regulated environments or industry-specific needs (e.g., education, healthcare, manufacturing).
- Deliver consulting services in a multilingual environment (English required; other languages a plus).
Minimum Qualifications and ExperienceEducation & Certifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-700, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals, or SharePoint certifications are highly preferred.
Professional Experience- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and managing SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, or related enterprise collaboration tools.
- Proven track record in consulting, solution architecture, or systems administration in Microsoft cloud environments.
Key Skills- Deep understanding of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 architecture.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Planner, Yammer/Viva, and e-learning platforms.
