We're Hiring: SFC Manager (Durban-based)

Are you passionate about quality, precision, and operational excellence in the automotive space? We're looking for an experienced SFC Manager to take ownership of vehicle inspections, pre-delivery processes, and warehouse coordination at a high-performing automotive hub in Durban.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee vehicle assembly quality and pre-delivery inspections
  2. Identify and report damages or quality issues
  3. Ensure full compliance with SOPs and audit checklists
  4. Coordinate closely with warehouse logistics and technical teams
  5. Manage documentation and sign-off processes for each vehicle
  6. Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

You'll Need:

  • Solid experience in automotive operations, quality control, or parts management
  • A hands-on, structured approach to problem-solving and process adherence
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
  • Proficiency in relevant systems (e.g., SAP warehouse or workshop software) is a plus
