PURPOSE OF ROLE
Join our established EPC company's growing Services Division, developing and expanding Lesedi's essential technical, maintenance, and supply services for our valued industrial clients.
As Service Manager, you'll lead a team dedicated to maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering high-quality service solutions.
Technical degree or diploma in engineering, business management, or related field preferred. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance.
Deep understanding of service operations, maintenance methodologies, contract management, safety protocols, and relevant software systems. Skills include strategic planning, financial analysis, team leadership, problem-solving, client relationship management, project management, performance analysis, negotiation, and communication. Behaviours emphasize client focus, results orientation, collaboration, adaptability, proactive problem-solving, accountability, integrity, continuous improvement, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.
