Live-Out Position

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Services Coordinator to join a managed services provider operating across remote, ecologically significant, and logistically complex locations. This position is based in Ballito, KZN, and is ideal for someone with a systems-thinking mindset and a calm, clear approach to communication and coordination under pressure.

The successful candidate will form part of a central coordination team responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of services in the field. These services range across health and safety, logistics, travel, and incident response, often in remote and high-pressure settings.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate and Orchestrate :

Track all live incidents or service instances from alert to closure

Activate required capabilities and support personnel while managing interdependencies

Ensure seamless handovers, task confirmations, and service flow, including across borders

Support Intelligence and Situational Awareness :

Receive and verify incoming reports and field data

Conduct first-pass assessments for situational clarity

Maintain logs, dashboards, and briefings in collaboration with the Intelligence team

Share updates with stakeholders and responders

Maintain System Flow :

Identify and resolve friction points such as delays or unclear roles

Monitor progress against service milestones, escalating issues when necessary

Ensure formal service closure and support follow-up debriefs

Coordinate overlapping or concurrent services

Support Real-Time Communication :

Act as the consistent coordination point for internal teams, service providers, and clients

Deliver clear updates and summaries throughout the service lifecycle

Keep communication aligned across disciplines and time zones

This Role Includes :

Working within structured service workflows and protocols

Participating in cross-service coordination from medical to logistical to emergency events

Contributing to service reviews, learning processes, and system improvements

Not Required But Closely Involved With :

Clinical, legal, or operational decision-making

Data analysis or deep metrics interpretation

Supervising field teams

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Systems thinker with the ability to see and manage moving parts under pressure

Skilled at sequencing, progression planning, and real-time coordination

Clear, calm communicator across cultures and emergency contexts

Technologically competent with dashboards, shared tools, and trackers

Familiar with operational demands in camps, reserves, or remote areas

Background in ecotourism, conservation, logistics, emergency response, or health services

Knowledge of protected areas in Southern or East Africa

Experience in dispatch, control rooms, or incident coordination

Proficiency in communication tools such as Slack, CRM systems, and incident dashboards

Multilingual ability, particularly regional African languages
