Job description

Agri Technovation is looking for a Services and Operations Administrator to assist our Commercial Services and Field Operations teams. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative operations, optimising team efficiency, and supporting both technical and commercial product functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Reports, proposals, presentations, and documents for internal and external feedback.
  • Arrangement of meetings (coordination of diaries), minutes, action points, follow-up on deliverables, and management of timelines.
  • Project planning (e.g. new services implementation, new standard operating procedures), monitoring, and follow-up on the progress of ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and that deliverables are on track.
  • Act as a point of contact between the commercial and operational head and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in gathering, analysing, and presenting data.
  • Reporting data and stats on a daily and weekly basis according to larger strategies.
  • Monitor key metrics and report insights to commercial and operational heads.
  • Investigation of services execution - queries, complaints, late lines, and following up on requests.
  • Ad Hoc or other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
