Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Manager of Software Quality Assurance / Testing for ServiceNow. You will define and govern QA standards across Practice, ATS, and automations, acting as a gatekeeper to ensure releases meet quality before production.

The role combines hands-on testing with building the QA function, tooling, and governance, including automated testing, regression suites, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a QA Manager or senior QA role within an enterprise delivery environment.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, UAT, and exploratory testing.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and improve the QA framework, testing standards, and governance for ServiceNow development.
• Act as quality gateway ensuring releases meet defined quality criteria before production.
• Build and maintain automated testing framework and regression suite for ServiceNow platform.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT with business stakeholders and sign-off criteria.
• Lead QA governance for platform upgrades and test coordination across teams.
