Job Description

  • As a Senior Consultant, you will be a subject matter expert in our Service Management practice, providing forward-thinking, pragmatic, and sustainable solutions to help our clients envision, deliver, and operate a modern enterprise.
  • Your responsibilities include technical delivery across client projects within our ServiceNow portfolio, detailed technical specifications mapping, and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • You will troubleshoot and provide solutions to client queries.
  • Supporting the creation of innovative digital offerings as comprehensive enterprise solutions is key.
  • This role involves some initial sales activities, such as developing client proposals, RFPs, contracts, creating market insights, and building relationships both internally and externally.
  • Expect each day to be dynamic, collaborative, and engaging as you contribute to our team and advise clients on improving their workflows.
  • You will support implementation programs for complex, enterprise-scale solutions, coaching team members and guiding clients.
  • Working alongside Senior Managers, Managers, and Partners, you will be part of our expanding ServiceNow business as a delivery leader.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering complex programs and projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally to drive sales, ensure quality, and achieve results.
  • 5+ years of experience in ITSM projects involving ServiceNow solutions.
  • Completed ServiceNow certifications.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Service Management practices.

  • Functional Domain Expertise - Ability to leverage extensive ServiceNow ITSM expertise to support clients’ strategic goals.
