Duties and Responsibilities
· Comply with the law, the company’s policies and procedures.
· Willing to work overtime from time to time.
· Schedule daily routes for the individual technicians within their predetermined area, for repairs, deliveries, or any service-related call outs.
· Provide support and guidance for technicians on installations, maintenance, and on basic weighing equipment.
· Install /assist with installing software for new stores.
· Provide / delegate the provision of online support to customer and / or technicians.
· Maintain a monthly tools checklist finished and filed by the first Friday of each month. (Laptops, cell phone and stock holding as well)
· Ensure all technicians are equipped with the correct tools, to perform their given jobs. · Ensure new tools are ordered timeously and correctly allocated so that the service technician can perform his/her duties
· Assist with setup and Installation of all wrappers and wrapping equipment.
· Oversee all quotes on repairs and service work for all wrapping equipment.
· Maintaining a set GP% on Spares used for service work.
· Assist Helpdesk to ensure technicians are attending to customer incidents.
· Ensure that site visit reports, job cards and verifications are completed for each store to ensure we meet SLA’s
